Returns & Exchanges

  • Eligible items: Unopened, sealed products in their original condition and packaging can be returned or exchanged at any time.

  • How to initiate: Email customercare@lavonder.com with:

    • Full name

    • Email address

    • Phone number

    • Product(s) to be returned

    • Reason for the return

If your return is eligible, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Please note:

  • A 15% handling fee applies to all international returns.

  • Refunds are only available for purchases made directly through Lavonder.


Special Campaigns & Limited-Time Offers

  • All promotional items must be returned to receive a full refund.

  • If you keep any bonus products, bundles, or free gifts, their full retail value plus shipping will be deducted from your refund.


Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, we will gladly replace it or refund your purchase.
Please contact us and include photos of the damage so we can assist you promptly.


Return Shipping

  • We do not provide prepaid shipping labels for returns.

  • You may use any shipping carrier, but we strongly recommend using a trackable method.

  • Lost return shipments cannot be refunded.

  • For the return address, please contact Customer Care.


Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and verify your return.
